The Wire Bonder Technician is responsible for operating wire bonders, making machine adjustments and wire bonding product recovery/rework including inspecting, identifying root cause in faulting production and ensuring that module assemblies meet production specifications. (i.e, Thermistor Temperature Sensors, Cell Censor gaps, rework bonding, glue and screw issues). </li><li>Identify gaps in faulted circuit boards, perform soldering to replace faulty sensors and be able to rework modules. </li><li>All employees are responsible for meeting daily KPI’s.</li><li>Submit system checks on faulted products. </li><li>Perform routine electronic assembly operations on components or subassemblies. </li><li>Independent monitoring and operation of the production equipment.
