Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Established the production standard methods  for current proces according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main).</li><li>Supports the training processes to achieve the training shedule according to the established standard.</li><li>Develops and maintains updated the necesary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).</li><li>Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.</li><li>Assist the quality department in solving issues and develop imporvement activities that coming from internal and external sources.</li><li>Assist the maintenance department in solving issues, search and implement improvement activities on machines and/or production equipment.</li><li>Confirms that the BOM  is met and submit periodic recommendations and/or changes of is needed to keep updated the material comsumption.</li><li>Established and/or participates in continuos improvement projects (Kaisen, Lean system, VPS, projects, 6 sigma, etc).</li><li>Searches and investigate the waste's cause on all process production and/or phases in order to develop actions to reduce or eliminate them.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar.</li><li>3 or more years experience on the manufacturing processes, preferably in chemical industruies, or rubber molding, assembly processes and automation, programing of PLC, Robots, Cobots.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
