Leads the implementation, maturity assessment and improvement of all processes along the entire value chain to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment across the project.Responsibilities:<ul><li> Cooperating with the customer on Project Quality issues and ensuring ownership of actions to resolve it. Enabling and coaching all project team members to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view.</li><li> Analyzing transferability of experience between projects as well as planning Quality Assurance activities to reduce all forms of risk. Collaborating with the project team to develop schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets for quality activities.</li><li> Applying project quality procedures and plans and ensuring appropriate implementation and compliance from the project team.</li><li> Certifying effective internal controls system (project, supply, site) is in place to verify that processes continue to meet customer and stakeholder requirements, validating that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating prioritized risks. </li><li> Performing audits on project delivery and ensuring the use of Quality data analytics from all aspects of the operation to identify risks, failures and nonconformances within the local business, its suppliers and customers. Ensuring that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken, and solutions are managed to closure.</li><li> An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: </li><li> Works independently with general supervision. </li><li> Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. </li><li> May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.</li></ul>Education:Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering University Degree or Equivalent Technical BackgroundOntario P.
