With our global expansion and portfolio strategy, we have laid the foundation for further innovation and growth for the coming years.How you make an impact<ul><li>Lead strategic Marketing and Sales for Transformer Insulation &amp; Components, in alignment with GPG/BU strategy. Contribute to market-driven business strategy definition and translate mid-long term strategy into concrete M&amp;S actions, initiatives, and programs, with appropriate segmentation and go-to-market approach. Continuously monitor leads, opportunity, and pipeline generation.</li><li>Holistically oversees Insulation &amp; Components marketing and sales strategy implementation, including boost programs, market coverage, and product-line sales plans by product, geography, segment, and accounts; ensure sales training, competences and processes and tools to drive customer service levels and customer experience.</li><li>Define, develop, and deploy M&amp;S transformational growth initiatives, ensuring proactive mindset, and effective set-up of customer-facing and support functions, including cross- and upsell capabilities. Drive and support E2E digitalization initiatives.</li><li>Drive homologation efforts, account coverage and proactive positioning of product portfolio, and design and deploy appropriate M&amp;S campaigns in salesforce, social media, tradeshows, and exhibitions.</li><li>Regularly review market and technology trends and act as interface between external market and internal functions (e.g. Global Product Management, Sales, Operations, and R&amp;D).
