Preparing the SOP’s, Quality Plan, Data Sheets, Work Instructions, Management procedures.</li><li>Planning and executing factory different audit plans. Coordination of the internal and external system audits, customer audits, Global Quality audit, Third party /supplier audit and accreditation audits</li><li>Coordinate with cross functional team for closer of different audit points in timely manner and sharing the results and to ensure internal auditors’ certifications</li><li>Follow up for management review meetings in timely manner with collecting details from different functional managers Oversee the planning and execution of regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QMS standards.</li><li>Ensure all QMS documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and effectively communicated across the organization. Ensure that the testing equipment and tools are maintained and meet the testing requirements.</li><li>Coordinate laboratory resources to ensure successful development of specific tasks/projects.</li><li>Ensure the required technology skill levels in the laboratory, identifying appropriate technical training and technology knowledge development opportunities. Maintain traceability of measurements and calibrations to national standards, suitability, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment, testing environment, sampling, handling, and transportation of test items, and quality assurance of test and calibration data.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards for laboratory accreditation, which includes a thorough evaluation of all factors in a laboratory that affect the production of test or calibration data.</li><li>Drive QMS training and awareness programs to build relevant competencies across the organization.</li><li>Maintain Technical competence of staff, validity and appropriateness of test methods, traceability of measurements and calibrations to national standards, suitability, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li></ul>Your Background:  <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Diploma in Engineering.
