<h2><b>Job Title</b>: Analyst – Applications</h2><h2><b>Location: </b> Boston MA or Orange CT</h2><h2><b>Reports to (Title): </b>Manager – IT Applications   </h2><h2><span>The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $85,900- $107,375</span></h2><h2><b>Job Summary:</b></h2><h2></h2><h2>The Analyst, Applications is responsible for prioritizing of Non-SAP and SAP applications including implement solutions, configuration changes, reporting capabilities to meet ongoing end user requirements for these applications. Serve as the primary contact for related business areas, end users and vendors who support our overall application library.</h2><h2></h2><h2>This position reports into the Manager – IT Applications. </h2><h2></h2><h2><b>Key Responsibilities: </b></h2><ul><li><h2>Analyze current business processes and scenarios; creates solutions thru design, configuration, or custom development that meet client needs. Prepare specifications and test business solutions according to functional and technical requirements.</h2></li><li><h2>Collaborate with the Networks Applications Team to support project execution, contribute with prioritization, planning, system improvements, and assist in the analysis and documentation of network application processes.</h2></li><li><h2>Provides timely and accurate solutions to business areas including unresolved user requests from the service desk.</h2></li><li><h2>Prepare specifications and documentation for changes provided by IT Support staff.</h2></li><li><h2>Develops, maintains and updates documentation including Business Process Procedures (BPPs), reference materials and training materials.</h2></li><li><h2>Provides on-going end user training and end user support as required.</h2></li><li><h2>Collaborate and develop innovative ideas to use functionality not currently being utilized.</h2></li><li><h2>Collaborate with Disaster Recovery planning and execution.</h2></li><li><h2>Complete changes request review and obtain approvals.</h2></li><li><h2>Working with vendors to implement application changes or help discover solutions.</h2></li><li><h2>Work at times directly with the support teams in developing application changes to fit customer needs. This includes but is not limited to develop and implement solutions for Field Workforce Mobility solutions, Android/IOS Applications and support upgrades for various applications.</h2></li><li><h2>Collaborate with the definition, review, testing and approval of security access for a specific user group.</h2></li><li><h2>After hour on-call rotation required.</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Required Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. </h2></li><li><h2>Working knowledge of desktop and mobile (Android/IOS) applications, client server technical experience.</h2></li><li><h2>Proficiency in Database (Oracle, SQL ,MySQL , MongoDB).</h2></li><li><h2>Desired knowledge and experience with Networks Apps like Salesforce, ProjectWise, AutoCAD and Document Management solution.</h2></li><li><h2>Strong Analytical, complex problem, solving and successful negotiation skills in a fast-paced workplace environment.</h2></li><li><h2>Experience with Information/Operations Technology design and implementation.</h2></li><li><h2>Able to work with others to design effective processes and system solutions.
