Plans and builds systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software. Implements, modifies and designs information system. Monitors the performance of systems. Makes updates to systems related installation documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of marine environments, navigation and instrumentation technologies and systems integration.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
