Clear, confident communication across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and executive teams is essential.Your job:<ul><li>Gain deep technical insight into complex systems across their full lifecycle—from concept to deployment—by working hands-on with hardware, developing automation scripts, and building custom APIs.</li><li>Lead cross-functional engineering efforts for small to mid-sized product developments, including driving trade studies, coordinating design reviews, and aligning technical decisions with program goals.</li><li>Architect and evolve MBSE models using SysML and related tools to define system behavior, structure, and interfaces.
