This role includes reviewing contracts for compliance with company policies and legal requirements, advising various business units on the contractual risks, and facilitating communication between parties to efficiently negotiate contracts. The Analyst must be detail oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Responsibilities: Contract Review and Analysis: • Conduct thorough review and analysis of contract terms and conditions • Identify any discrepancies, potential issues, and/or contractual risks • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Negotiation and Modification: • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to negotiate contract terms • Make recommendations for modifications or amendments as needed • Ensure all changes are properly documented and approved Contract Compliance: • Identify and resolve any compliance issues Contract Management: • Maintain accurate and organized contract records • Assist with contract renewals, terminations, and other modifications Communication and Collaboration: • Serve as the main point of contact for contract related inquiries and issues • Communicate contract terms and updates to relevant parties • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure contract successProvide trainings to various business units on contractual risks and relevant policies Reporting and Analysis: • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Make recommendations for process improvements based on analysis Legal Support: • Work closely with legal department to ensure contract compliance and mitigate potential legal risks • Provide support for legal review and approval of contracts • Assist with contract dispute resolution and legal documentation as needed Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field, or a related field or an associate’s degree accompanied by a paralegal certificate with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Understanding of contract law and experience with various types of contracts. • Strong analytical abilities to review and interpret contractual terms and conditions. • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract preparation and review. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external parties. • Ability to manage multiple contracts and tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines. • Familiarity with contract management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office#LI-JO2  Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
