GFL Environmental is seeking a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing corporate recruitment team in Vaughan, ON.In this role, the Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for roles across our Information Technology service line. You'll work closely with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies, source exceptional candidates, and deliver a seamless hiring experience from start to finish.The Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner will also own the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate IT and tech roles across North America</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job postings</li><li>Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier active and passive candidates</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor on market insights, compensation trends, and hiring best practices</li><li>Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for GFL</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Workday and compliance with internal processes</li><li>Stay ahead of emerging trends in the tech talent space</li></ul>Your experience and education: <ul><li>5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on IT/technology roles</li><li>Proven success in either in-house or agency recruiting environments</li><li>Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS systems (an asset)</li><li>Demonstrated sourcing expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other niche tech communities</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization</li><li>Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously</li><li>A proactive, curious mindset — always seeking to improve processes and stay ahead of trends</li></ul>Why Join GFL?  At GFL, we’re building more than just a company—we’re building a community.
