The Senior People Business Partner collaborates across the Customer &amp; Partner Experience organization (CPX) to develop and deliver strategic talent management programs and solutions, ensuring alignment with their business goals. Responsibilities include employee relations, change management, employee engagement, coaching, retention, compensation and talent management. As a trusted advisor, the Senior People Business Partner plays a critical role in championing  Workiva’s culture by promoting open communication, effective teamwork, and strong employee relations practices.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Partner with organizational leadership to proactively identify and address organizational needs, assess talent landscape, and leadership development to accelerate the achievement of business objectives and drive engagement</li><li>Collaborate with the People and Culture team to align and deliver effective solutions for organizational needs and talent strategies</li><li>Support organizational design decisions and contribute to change management and communication plans</li><li>Analyze data, metrics, and trends with leadership to make informed decisions</li><li>Implement employee engagement activities for the CPX organization</li><li>Coach management on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and management principles; provide guidance and coaching on performance-related matters</li><li>Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues while ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risk</li><li>Cultivate an employee-centric culture, encouraging open and transparent communication</li><li>Actively promote Workiva’s values and principles as a foundation of company culture and behavioral expectations for every employee</li></ul>What You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field</li><li>6+ years progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines including employee relations, change management, compensation, organizational development, and performance development</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience supporting CPX organizations in a People Business Partner role or closely related function</li><li>PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification</li><li>Proven ability to effectively work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment </li><li>Experience in a global high-growth software company </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with key business partners and all levels of employees across the company</li><li>Proven ability to coach, provide guidance, and influence</li><li>Experience executing strategic initiatives and operational plans</li><li>Ability to drive collaboration across all levels with the ability to bring together stakeholders that can create solutions</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>25% travel</li><li>Reliable internet access for any period working remotely and not in a Workiva office</li><li>#LI-REMOTE</li></ul>How You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
