The Senior People Business Partner collaborates across the Customer &amp; Partner Experience organization (CPX) to develop and deliver strategic talent management programs and solutions, ensuring alignment with their business goals. Responsibilities include employee relations, change management, employee engagement, coaching, retention, compensation and talent management.
