In this role, you’ll negotiate complex, high-value agreements that bring together experts across operations, technology, legal, finance, real estate, development, and construction—all to accelerate the shift to electric and autonomous vehicles. This will be equal parts execution with internal cross-functional teams and direct customer engagement</span></div><br><br><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead deal execution including leading contract negotiations with customers, coordination between customer and internal teams, and being an expert on our product to translate between customer needs and Terawatt solutions</li><li>Contribute to our AV + Rideshare program internal coordination</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Real Estate / Development / Construction / Operations / Technology to present the customer lens to our Real Estate priorities, acquisition and development pipeline, and project touchpoints throughout buildout</li><li>Coordinate with Operations team to ensure a healthy customer experience for onboarding and throughout the term of our live sites</li><li>Lead contracting efforts across product offerings with Legal</li><li>Own customer relationships to create lasting value to our organization</li><li>Assist in go-to-market strategic analysis</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>8-10 years of related experience, negotiation of long term contracts in energy, real estate, data centers is a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s a plus</li><li>Our highly-collaborative team works together in our San Francisco headquarters three days a week, and we are excited to welcome someone who will join us here in person.</li></ul><br><div>We are building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
