You will be part of a dynamic IT team, responsible for managing and supporting over 400 users across seven locations in London. Your experience in IT support within a fast-paced environment will be key, particularly in managing a hybrid IT estate that includes both on-premises and cloud technologies. You will also be required to collaborate with third-party IT contractors to ensure system installation, maintenance, and support as required, contributing to the overall IT roadmap for secure and efficient operations.
