Someone to join our Operations Team in order to help deliver seamless, premium customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. This position is located at Ruoholahti, Helsinki, Finland. The responsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be expected to take responsibility for the Polestar Customer Journey and to always make sure that customer enquiries are solved in the best possible way. Working as a member of Operations team, you'll be instrumental in a successful Polestar customer journey, one of the keys will be collaboration with both colleagues inside and outside of your team. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for: • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, deliveries, technical issues, and general questions. • Proactively manage follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of customer cases. • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Logistics, and Technical Support to resolve complex cases. Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized even during busy periods will be key to your success .In addition, you'll need the following qualifications: <ul> <li>Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or contact center environments</li> <li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer cases from start to resolution</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English</li> <li>Preferably previous experience in the automotive, tech, or premium retail sectors. This ensures you can handle diverse inquiries with professionalism and confidence.</li></ul>Finnish is the main language internally and in interaction with our customers, but as a global organisation English is the language of written and spoken communication in contact with other markets.
