Your mission Scope of work We are looking for an analytical and tech-savvy Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. This position provides hands-on experience with BI tools and techniques, enabling you to develop insights that drive performance and efficiency.    Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business objectives. </li><li>Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. </li><li>Support the development and automation of data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely reporting. </li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and deliver actionable insights. </li><li>Help in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to improve business processes. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant solutions. </li><li>Document processes, methodologies, and findings for internal use. </li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field </li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Automate, and VBA for data manipulation and automation </li><li>Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio </li><li>Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing data </li><li>Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders </li><li>Experience with data visualization and storytelling </li><li>Understanding of databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes </li><li>Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis is a plus </li><li>Knowledge of statistical methods or predictive modeling is an advantage </li><li>Fluency in Chinese is a plus</li></ul>
