This role requires hands-on coordination, frequent site presence, and proactive engagement with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality standards are upheld Duties and responsibilities  <ul><li>Execute daily quality assurance and control activities for ongoing projects, including inspections, testing, and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed quality standards.</li><li>Monitor and document quality performance across all project phases.</li><li>Support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) on project sites.</li><li>Assist in the development and execution of quality plans and procedures.</li><li>Conduct site-level quality audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement.</li><li>Maintain quality records and ensure proper reporting to the Quality Manager.</li><li>Facilitate resolution of non-conformances and track corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure proper inspection of materials, equipment, and completed work.</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for site-level quality issues and escalate major concerns to the Quality Manager.</li><li>Promote quality awareness and training for on-site personnel and contractors</li></ul> Required skills and education background <ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in renewable energy or construction.</li><li>Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.</li><li>Proven experience in project quality management</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li></ul> Desirable attributes The ideal candidate would have a passion for the Renewable Energy sector and personality traits would include a high level of diligence, determination, resilience, and agility. Mulilo is an employer of choice and is offering an extremely competitive total remuneration package for this position. Additional Information  Able to work overtime according to operational needs. The position is based at the offices of the company, but travel may be required occasionally.</div></div>
