Content development  </li></ul><ul> <li>Works collaboratively with the Creative &amp; Digital Project Management lead as well as developers, copywriters and designers to deliver highly effective communication solutions on time and within budget.  </li></ul><ul> <li>Ensures consistent and equitable access to high-quality resources through effective distribution channels. </li></ul><ul> <li>Other duties as assigned.  </li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Knowledge And Experience: <ul> <li>Strong personal commitment to the mission, vision, goals, culture, and values of VEIC.  </li></ul><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree plus ten or more years of relevant professional experience, including managing communication projects and multi-faceted client relationships, or a similar combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired.   </li></ul><ul> <li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic initiatives. </li></ul><ul> <li>Demonstrated ability in both leading, inspiring, and working within a team environment and supporting the needs of internal clients, partners, and stakeholders. </li></ul><ul> <li>Experienced at effectively overseeing the strategy, client, and project management of complex, multi-faceted communications and digital development projects.  </li></ul><ul> <li>Experience working within, or closely with, marketing agencies to produce high-quality deliverables in alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations. </li></ul><ul> <li>Excellent ability to manage teams and subcontractor resources and work effectively across an organization with a focus on meeting customer needs.  </li></ul><ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to create and implement marketing and communication strategies.
