The ERP Specialist will support requests, build processes and tools that will ensure that system users get the information they need through system reporting, and access to the data through properly configured access roles and application security.   </p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Respond to assigned tickets as an escalation point person for internal customers requiring IT platform support on the Deltek Vision platform</li> <li>Consult internal users on, create, update, and support reports that preset information from the platform</li> <li>Create workflow processes and customization of dashboards and reporting</li> <li>Participate in the design, development, and operational enhancements for Deltek Vision</li> <li>Designing, supporting, and ensuring accuracy of new data imports and exports</li> <li>Assist in the develop standards for data analysis, the development of reports and provide summaries and feedback to management</li> <li>Project Management/Resource Planning</li> <li>Develop workflows and customize the program to meet company needs</li> <li>Document and develop technical process manuals, and/or SOPs for help desk efficiency</li> <li>Troubleshoot and provide resolution to any issues within Deltek Vision</li> <li>Record trainings and update training videos to supplement the Deltek Learning Zone</li> <li><strong>40% Travel</strong></li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Minimum 1 years of experience in ERP Systems</li> <li>Minimum 1 year experience using SQL Server Reporting Services</li> <li>Minimum 1 year experience using SQL Server Management Studio</li> <li>Proficient in Excel (Formulas, Charts, VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, Formatting), basic proficiency in Word, Outlook</li> <li>Ability to easily and simply communicate both written and orally with key stakeholders</li> <li>Close attention to detail and accuracy and design to corresponding specification</li> <li>Able to work under minimal supervision and be self-directed with workload</li> <li>Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and requirements accordingly</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Business/Finance/Accounting, Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or combination of training and professional experience</li> <li>2+ years of system management and troubleshooting experience</li> <li>Certifications: MCSE, NETWORK +, ITIL, COBIT, VCP-DCV</li> <li>Cloud and data center disaster recovery</li> <li>ITIL experience</li></ul><h2>EEO Statement</h2><p><em>At UES, we’re a team of more than 4,000 engineers, scientists, geologists, inspectors, technicians, and drillers united by a shared purpose—to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
