The Development Manager will focus on development of solar and wind projects within the Western Balkans region covering at the moment Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina. However, depending on the specific opportunities available from time to time, Project development opportunities utilizing other technologies may also be undertaken. SPECIFIC TASKS AND DELIVERABLES: <ol><li>General Responsibilities:</li></ol> <ul><li>Prospecting solar/wind projects: site identification, environmental review, studies, securing land, greenfield M&amp;A opportunities</li><li>Development of relationships and trusted partnerships with local authorities and administrations (TSO, DSO, Municipalities, Forest Agencies, Communities of Municipalities, etc.), landowners.</li><li>Achievement of key steps leading to the project construction (Environmental Permit, Grid connection terms, land securitization, social acceptance, construction permit, etc.)</li><li>Assure the coordination, follow-up and good quality of services provided by AKUO teams and external sub-contractors involved in the projects.</li><li>Management: planning, task monitoring, risk identification, reporting.</li></ul>
