The Production Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. Leveraging a background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, the role involves optimizing production workflows, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.</li><li>Capacity Planning: Analyze production capabilities and constraints to ensure optimal utilization of machinery, labor, and materials.</li><li>Workflow Optimization: Apply mechanical/industrial engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.</li><li>Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Monitor production performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics teams to align production plans with business goals.</li><li>Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and scheduling conflicts.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.</li></ul>
