Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Monitoring the factories delivery dates.</li><li>Coordinate the shipping processes of assigned division: imports, exports, and local deliveries</li><li>Keep internal and external customers informed about the status of the deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate the customs process of imports and exports with the customs broker.</li><li>Preparation of waybills for shipments with the Courier provider.</li><li>Review and approval of supplier invoices.</li><li>Preparation of remissions for merchandise dispatches.</li><li>Request the sales invoice to the finance area.</li><li>Calculate and control logistics costs associated with the orders.</li><li>Support the sales department with queries related to logistics and international trade.</li><li>Support to sales / offers area with the estimation of logistics costs.</li><li>Keep up to date the information corresponding to all the orders for the respective generation of KPIs and other reports in SAP and other systems used by the company.</li><li>Responsible for keeping updated the documentation corresponding to logistics in drive folders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with procedures and standards.</li><li>Accountable for agreed KPIs and their reporting</li><li>Partners with other divisions and department to secure the satisfactory delivery of the orders</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University, bachelor’s degree in international trade or administrative careers.</li><li>Supply chain management education a plus</li><li>Experience in international logistics processes, coordination of imports, exports and local transportation.</li><li>Know-how of customs requirements for imports and exports.</li><li>Work experience in complex organizations </li><li>S2P-Systems (SAP ARIBA, CP, MRP)</li><li>English (fluent)</li><li>Customer services skills</li><li>Multitasking Internal stakeholder /supplier relationship management</li><li>Very good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills.       </li><li>Takes ownership of the work, successes and mistakes    </li><li>Very good communication skills</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
