Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:15am–5:00pm, and Friday, 8:15am–4:00pm. Credit Control:<ul><li>Managing Credit Control processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.</li><li>Setting up and maintaining provisions for Bad debts.</li></ul>Accounts Receivables<ul><li>Managing Accounts Receivables to ensure timely invoicing and collections.</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers including collaborating with other departments.</li><li>Issuing customers with account statements.</li><li>Reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy of accounts.</li><li>Ensuring timely communication to the sales/admin department on payments received.</li></ul>Other Duties:<ul><li>Conducting Bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. This will be subject to change as currently onboarding outsource service provider to carry out this process but will still management.</li><li>Reconciling sales project finances to track and report on project performance.</li><li>Answering incoming calls and emails and providing assistance as needed, in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Providing general finance administrative support as required by the business.</li></ul>Support to Finance Manager:<ul><li>Providing support to Finance Manager for Payroll processing.</li><li>Assisting Finance Manager with Month End procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting, ie accruals , prepayments fixed assets etc</li><li>Working to departmental KPIs and providing status reports to Finance Manager on a regular basis.</li><li>Participating in Audit preparations.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in an accounting/finance role (Desirable).</li><li>An understanding of financial principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in SAGE accounting software (Desirable) and MS Office (Essential).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Essential). </li><li>Experience in a professional customer-facing role (Desirable).</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>A team player - able to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
