Working with senior stakeholders.  Sitting within the Data Services team supporting all other areas of TPICAP’s business. Upskilling / training other divisions, assist delivering a data driven culture.Job Duties<ul><li>Support and consult with the business to deliver collaborative data projects, generating insights that support business growth, largely through the development of data products and MI/BI dashboards.</li><li>Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement of processes and service level provided by the data group.</li><li>Educate and support the wider organisation in the creation and use of MI/BI tools and data products, improving data literacy across the organisation.</li><li>Ensure the successful day to day running of the MI/BI infrastructure.</li><li>Work alongside other internal departments to better understand the Group’s services and distribution channels.</li><li>Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out their duties.</li><li>Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.</li><li>Provide Business Intelligence to help stake holders/decision makers identify market gaps and commercial opportunities.</li></ul>ExperienceEssential Skills             <ul><li>Data Visualisations skills (ideally QlikSense Cloud or similar) and Data scripting.</li><li>SQL, scripting, XML/JSON parsing, data modelling/shaping.</li><li>Experience in data modelling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.</li><li>Experience in data lake technologies, preferable AWS/Athena.</li><li>5+ Experience of Data Visualisation, QlikSense (preferably), Looker, Power BI or Tableau.</li><li>3+ Experience in extracting data from various databases using SQL.</li><li>Experience of training and upskilling more junior team members.</li><li>Experience in ODAG with Qlik Sense would be a advantage.</li><li>Able to work with senior stake holders, to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions. Ability to work with IT departments, IT developers and SMEs in extracting data and understanding data flows/dependencies between various IT systems.</li><li>Analytical skills, including generation of reports by leveraging appropriate tools and platforms (SQL, Qlik Scripting, Qlik Visualisation &amp; NPrinting).</li><li>Good presentation skills, able to demonstrate dashboards to internal users for training and adoption.
