The EH&amp;S Manager will provide timely, accurate and pertinent EHS support including training, BSP coaching, site risk assessments, accident and incident investigation, environmental permit and legislation compliance and reporting; proactive issue management which will affect the EH&amp;S management system together with review of, and assistance in applying, safe systems of work. Success in this position is dependent on strong interpersonal and influencing skills, sound judgement, operational and technical credibility, initiative, implementing change, together with a good understanding of the products and processes.</p></div></div></div></div></li><li><div>Minimum And Maximum Experience (India Only)</div><div><div><div><div><ul><li><b>Bachelor’s degree in any branch of engineering or technology </b></li><li><b>Recognized Diploma in any branch of Engineering or technology </b></li><li><b>Recognized degree in Physics or Chemistry </b></li></ul><ul><li><b>Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by State Government of Bihar or has already qualified at a written and Viva-Voca examination conducted by Chief Inspector of Factories &amp; Boilers, Bihar.</b></li></ul><ul><li>Minimum <b>6</b> years’ experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries.  </li></ul><ul><li>Strong Knowledge of EH&amp;S Legislation and compliance strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledgeable in Process safety, in particular awareness of the importance and relevance of the following:</li></ul><p></p><p>Hazard Reviews, Quantitative risk analysis, Mechanical Integrity, Safety integrity level analysis and verification (SIL), Management of change, Process Safety Management (PSM)</p><p></p><ul><li>Direct experience in at least one, and knowledge of all other technical elements of the plant.
