This position provides leadership, management, supervision and guidance to a team that typically has &lt; 12 employees, &lt; 12 vendor contracts that provide technology, equipment and staffing needed for successful execution, and accountable for a budget of &lt; $50M.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Growth Leadership<ul><li>Analyze and understand market feedback. Set strategies and plans accordingly that create sharp focus on customer needs and wants.</li><li>Drive enhancements to replace mature offers and build long-term growth, working with Product Development and other internal partners. Provide direction to ensure customer needs are satisfied, financial goals met and align with the long-term vision and roadmap for Products &amp; Services, Customer Load Management, and Energy Efficiency overall.</li><li>Identify new product opportunities and exit strategies for non-performing/ underperforming products.</li><li>Investigate and test new technologies, delivery channels and product extensions.</li></ul>Portfolio Management Leadership<ul><li>Accountable for meeting jurisdiction-level P&amp;L, customer satisfaction and regulatory objectives for product, program &amp; service portfolio. Appropriately allocate budget and deployment of resources to meet goals and comply with state-level commitments.</li><li>Develop, communicate and execute annual product plans, market and segment plans to deliver energy and demand savings goals. Deliver plans within regulatory filing budgets and audit governance.
