We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Fleet Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.What you will do<ul><li>As the Junior Fleet Sales Manager you will report to the Fleet Sales Director and aid in driving our growth and profitability of the fleet sales division within Clarios</li></ul>How you will do it<ul><li>Implement sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and market trends.</li><li>Work with leadership team to accurately develop business forecasts</li><li>Integrate business model and opportunity in CRM tool (Salesforce)</li><li>Work closely with sales operations to support backend sales processes such as NDA and contract execution, pre-launch steps, etc.</li><li>Establish and build relationships in line with CS growth plan</li><li>Network within Clarios to search for internal collaboration opportunities.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to become trusted client advisor</li><li>Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales.</li><li>Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.</li><li>Prepare and present sales reports to senior fleet sales management.</li><li>Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of fleet vehicles.</li><li>Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.</li><li>Submit expense reports in a timely fashion to adhere to company guidelines.</li><li>Travel up to 15-20% throughout North America</li></ul>What we look forRequired<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is often preferred.</li><li>5-10 years of experience in sales, telecommunications preferably in the automotive or fleet industry. Previous telematics sales experience a plus.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
