We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights. What you will do<ul><li>As the Large Fleet Sales Manager you will report to the Fleet Sales Director and aid in driving our growth and profitability of the fleet sales division within Clarios.</li></ul> How you will do it<ul><li>Implement sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and market trends.</li><li>Work with leadership team to accurately develop business forecasts</li><li>Integrate business model and opportunity in CRM tool (Salesforce)</li><li>Establish and build relationships in line with CS growth plan </li><li>Manage the fleet sales team, providing guidance and support.</li><li>Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales.</li><li>Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.</li><li>Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.</li><li>Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of fleet vehicles.</li><li>Develop and manage the fleet sales budget.</li><li>Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.</li><li> Travel 40-50% throughout North America  </li></ul>What we look forRequired<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is often preferred.</li><li>8-10 years of experience in sales, telecommunications preferably in the automotive or fleet industry. Previous telematics sales experience a plus.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service orientation.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools like salesforce and Hub Spot to manage customer interactions</li><li>HubSpot to manage customer interactions and data.</li><li>Skill in predicting future sales trends and setting realistic targets.</li><li>Expertise in negotiating deals and contracts with clients.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.</li><li>Working effectively with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals</li></ul>This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance as further described below.
