Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for managing the overall sales functions of the business unit in assigned territory in such a manner that it creates a competitive advantage, maximizes customer satisfaction and return on investment in the business unit.</li><li>General understanding and knowledge of the products or services that Eagle Burgmann provides and how they relate to overall operations and customers</li><li>Responsible for supporting national sales strategic growth initiatives/targets thru the End User, OEM &amp; Distribution Channels, on an annual basis.</li><li>Responsible to internal and external customers for timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics and the completion of other goals and directives as agreed in an efficient and positive manner.</li><li>Maintains good housekeeping standards and practices safety daily utilizing appropriate protective gear and adheres to Company procedures. </li><li>A monthly reporting on progress in program bookings must be made by incumbent</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree or experience, plus several years of experience in the Combined Cycle Power Generation industry.</li><li>Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.</li><li>Must have motivational skills and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process and industry opportunities in the market (develop networks)</li><li>Travel required 60% or more, as required to meet or exceed bookings goals for the territory</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
