The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, regulatory awareness (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate disclosure), and a passion for advancing ESG performance in the clean energy sector.</div><div>________________________________________</div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div>•ESG Reporting &amp; Disclosure</div><div>oSupport the preparation of Fluence’s annual sustainability report and other ESG disclosures, including CDP, ISS, MSCI, EcoVadis, and CSRD.</div><div>oCoordinate internal data collection processes to ensure accurate, audit-ready ESG metrics across GHG emissions, energy use, DEI, safety, and responsible sourcing.</div><div>oTrack emerging ESG disclosure regulations (SEC, EU CSRD/ESRS, California SB 253/261) and support alignment of internal processes.</div><div>•Investor &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</div><div>oAssist in preparing ESG materials for sales meetings, earnings calls, investor meetings, and board presentations.</div><div>oMaintain ESG fact sheets, FAQs, and position statements in collaboration with sales teams, investor relations, and legal.</div><div>oBenchmark peer ESG performance, ratings, and disclosures.</div><div>•Sustainability Program Support</div><div>oUnder the direction of the Sustainability Programs Senior Manager, help prepare the annual Sustainability report for key stakeholders, including gathering data, coordinating disclosures, narratives, graphics and other content. </div><div>oWork with ESG and supply chain teams to monitor supplier performance (e.g., conflict minerals via CMRT, human rights assessments).</div><div>oHelp track KPIs and progress toward Fluence’s climate, circularity, and human rights commitments.</div><div>oSupport the integration of ESG considerations into risk management and corporate strategy processes.</div><div>•Data Management &amp; Analysis</div><div>oBuild and maintain dashboards and models to analyze ESG trends, performance, and materiality.</div><div>oEnsure data quality, consistency, and traceability across platforms and submissions, especially for green house gas emissions data. </div><div>________________________________________</div><div>Qualifications</div><div>•Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, finance, data analytics, public policy, or a related field.</div><div>•2–4 years of professional experience in ESG, corporate sustainability, investor relations, or a related analytical field.</div><div>•Familiarity with ESG standards/frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, EcoVadis and the EU CSRD.</div><div>•High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. </div><div>•Experience with data collection and reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Power BI, Excel).</div><div>•Excellent communication and project management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.</div><div>•Passion for the energy transition and working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.</div><div>________________________________________</div><div>Preferred Qualifications</div><div>•Experience with ESG ratings methodologies (e.g., Sustainalytics, MSCI, ISS).</div><div>•Understanding of energy, technology, or manufacturing sectors.</div><div>•Prior experience supporting corporate sustainability reporting or investor ESG requests.</div><div>•Working knowledge of LCA tools, GHG accounting, or human rights due diligence a plus.</div><div>•Preference for working more US hours. </div><br><br><br>
