You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, implementing effective financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership, with a focus on optimizing financial performance and mitigating risks.</div><div><br></div><div>Key responsibilities include:</div><div>· Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</div><div>· Lead the financial reporting and compliance for the India legal entity</div><div>· Lead the month end process &amp; MIS</div><div>· Lead the statutory audit and ensure that there is no observation by auditors.</div><div>· Closely work with global shared services team and regularly monitor to ensure smooth operations</div><div>· Create detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.</div><div>· Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal use of funds.</div><div>· Review monthly billing processes to ensure it is compliant with transfer pricing rules.</div><div>· Interact with various teams to gather relevant financial data and facilitate smooth operations.</div><div>· Ensure effective communication and coordination between multiple departments.</div><div>· Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, ensuring the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.</div><div>· Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.</div><div>· Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any financial-related concerns promptly.</div><div>· Demonstrate hands-on experience in establishing and managing finance operations within a GCC environment.</div><div>· Identify and implement best practices tailored to GCC processes and structures.</div><div>· Lead projects related to GCC expansion or optimization, ensuring seamless integration with global initiatives.</div><div>· Participate in business development initiatives, providing financial expertise for potential investments or partnerships.</div><div>Qualifications</div><div><br></div><div>Education</div><div>· Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a GCC or multinational environment.</div><div>· Proven expertise in GCC setup, financial reporting, transfer pricing, and stakeholder engagement.</div><div><br></div><div>Skills</div><div>· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</div><div>· Strong knowledge of international financial regulations and standards.</div><div>· Proficiency in financial software such as SAP S4 Hana</div><div>· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</div><div>· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</div><div><br></div><div>Key Competencies</div><div>· Leadership and team management abilities.</div><div>· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</div><div>· Strategic thinking and adaptability.</div><div>· Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.</div><br><br><br>
