This role emphasises <b>strategic enablement</b>—driving governance discipline, preparing executive-ready insights, and strengthening cross-functional alignment.</li><div><br></div><li>The ideal candidate brings <b>honesty, integrity, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail</b>, ensuring leadership has clear visibility and confidence in delivery. You will focus on <b>execution discipline, portfolio visibility, business-priority alignment, and sustainability-linked programmes</b>, while also contributing to organisation-wide initiatives such as Monthly Tech All Hands and Monthly Demonstrations.</li></ul><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Support programme governance forums, reviews, and cadences with accountability and follow-through.</li><li>Track risks, dependencies, and milestones, escalating issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and RAID logs for portfolio visibility.Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations.</li><li>Align programme outcomes with business priorities across Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations.</li><li>Support governance for sustainability-linked and compliance initiatives.</li><li>Enable smooth execution of Monthly Tech All Hands and Demonstrations.</li><li>Curate lessons learned, strengthen frameworks, and drive continuous improvement</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring to KOKO</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of project or programme management experience in technology-led organisations.</li><li>Strong governance, reporting, and executive communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prepare materials for senior executives and boards.</li><li>Solid understanding of Agile-at-Scale, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.</li><li>Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office/Google Workspace; dashboarding experience a plus.</li><li>An MBA from a premier institute is preferred</li></ul><br>
