This role is responsible for preparing weekly reports for sales, supply chain and order management and management routinely preparing process documentation and identifying quality improvements while recommending optimized solutions.   Primary duties / essential responsibilities<ul><li>Advanced knowledge and broad understanding of end-to-end order process steps.</li><li>Identifies and resolves problems timely and ensures accurate billing and transactions.</li><li>Collaborates cross-functionally while continuously driving improvements on related processes, work instructions, and procedures. Representation of expertise in task force teams.</li><li>Researches and applies data from SAP functions to resolve complex order tasks.  </li><li>Communicates order status to partners; import reports in Excel spreadsheets to query open orders, ensure order cycle timelines are met and prepare performance metrics for management.</li><li>Trains and mentors new team members.</li><li>Creates freight quotes through TMS Freight portal</li><li>Conducts weekly Open Order Meetings for project business with Purchasing, Transportation and Project Management.</li><li>Reviews and manages open order report.</li><li>Updates orders and reports any new expected delivery dates for accurate revenue forecast.  </li><li>Responsible for closing out Sales Force Opportunities for Sales, creating ship to accounts, and data entry.</li><li>Process Sales RMA returns and manages credit note requests for completion.</li><li>Prepares delivery notes and mange communication with Accounts Receivables for transition into the 3PL Footprint system.</li><li>Analyzes and assess inbound material, on hand material availability and order allocation.</li><li>Subject Matter Expert for testing in the test system for new implementations.</li><li>Collects, identifies, and manages resellers certificates for tax exemption.</li><li>Other duties as may be required or assigned.</li></ul>Required training (type / duration / field / additional training)<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent education is required.</li><li>Associate degree in business or logistics is strongly preferred.</li><li>Required relevant professional experience (type / duration)</li><li>At least 5 years of experience of relevant work experience.</li><li>Other specialized skills</li><li>Knowledge of SAP/ Salesforce.</li><li>Order Management and customer service experience.</li><li>Strong problem solving in resolving complex duties and tasks.</li><li>Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarders (FedEx, TMS etc.)  recommended</li><li>Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required.
