If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><div><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>· Build Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) system racks</p><p>· Research, procure and assemble hardware needed for the HILs</p><p>· Design and build electrical test equipment (Breakout box) to support integration testing</p><p>· Maintain and update all system HILs</p><p>· Design and build different levels of test benches and subsystems bucks for various functional testing</p><p>· Modify or rework test benches and subsystems bucks' harnesses</p><p>· Build custom bench and vehicle wire harnesses</p><p>· Support Test engineers in debugging electrical harness issues on system bucks and prototype vehicles</p><p>· Manage inventory of parts in the lab</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Technical degree in electrical or electronics preferred</p><p>· 5+ years of experience in electronics/engineering lab</p><p>· Automotive experience a plus</p><p>· Ability to interpret electrical <em>schematics</em> and wiring diagrams</p><p>· Troubleshooting skills in EV automotive electrical systems, Ethernet, CAN, coax etc.</p><p>· Fabrication, soldering and crimping skills</p><p>· Knowledge of connectors and crimping tools is a plus</p><p>· Experience working with power and hand tools</p><p>· Able to work under pressure while multi-tasking and managing competing demands and tight deadlines</p><p>· Able to work creatively and efficiently within a multi-disciplinary cooperative environment</p><p>· Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement</p><p>· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</p><p>· Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills</p><p>· Documentation skills using MS Office tools as well as Jira and Confluence</p><p> </p></div><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
