This role balances service excellence with operational precision, resolving issues, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement to enhance fulfillment, compliance and customer satisfaction.</p><p> </p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end order processing in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer-specific requirements</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, providing timely updates on orders, product availability, and policies</li><li>Analyze customer scorecards and internal KPIs to identify service gaps and drive improvements in delivery, accuracy, and fulfilment</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and Demand Planning to resolve pricing, deductions, and fulfilment issues</li><li>Support inventory management, product launches, product transitions, and special event orders to meet business and customer needs</li><li>Process customer returns and credits efficiently, identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions</li><li>Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and maintain SOPs to enhance consistency and scalability across order management</li><li>Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, EDI system issues, and compliance claims, ensuring long-term corrective actions</li><li>Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries promptly and fostering strong customer relationships through a solution-oriented approach</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Your Background</h3><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field and two (2) years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, sales support or supply chain operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, EDI processes and vendor portals</li><li>Experience in food manufacturing, retail or wholesale distribution industries</li></ul><p> </p><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and resolve service gaps</li><li>Technically proficient and comfortable using digital tools, including ERP systems and vendor portals</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships</li><li>Customer-focused with a tactful, solution-oriented approach to inquiries and issue resolution</li><li>Adaptable and resilient in a past-faced environment, with a proactive and positive attitude</li><li>Knowledge of geographic markets across North &amp; South America, Asia and Europe</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><h3>Daiya’s Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Emotional Intelligence: You possess the ability to manage emotions, as well as seek to understand the emotions of others around you.</li><li>Growth Mindset: You find opportunities and possibilities when challenged, embrace continuous learning, and constantly strive to grow and improve.</li><li>Effective Communication: You effectively listen, assess, and adjust your communication to align your intention and impact.</li><li>Collaboration: You work with and through others to create great results for Daiya.</li><li>Driving Results: You take the initiative to find solutions, deliver results, maintain focus, and drive accountability.</li><li>Service Excellence: You understand and serve the needs of others (Daiyans, consumers, and our communities)</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Compensation, Benefits &amp; Perks</h3><p>Daiya’s compensation offerings are based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. The pay range for this position is from <strong>$55,000 – 65,000</strong><strong> </strong><strong>annually/hourly</strong>; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
