You will build and lead our Australian go-to-market team, including the immediate management responsibility for our existing BD team members. Who we need An individual with a deep understanding of how renewable energy projects get done in the Australian market, with that perspective gained through a track record of success in the industry. We need a leader who can define, refine and execute our overall go-to-market playbook for success in both the commercial and industrial (C&amp;I) and the small front-of-meter (FTM) battery energy storage markets.   We define success as a steady march towards BESS market share leadership, leveraging our patented technology and the unique advantages that come with being an Australian company.   Our target candidate will have proven success in a similar business development role, with demonstrated experience in building strategic relationships, developing complex projects, and consistently getting the job done in a competitive market.
