To join the Heura Supply Chain team and help us achieve our mission by ensuring product availability across all operations, supporting day-to-day planning and procurement activities, analyzing sales and operational trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement. 🎯 YOUR CHALLENGE:<ul><li>Support Planning and Logistics operations such as stock receptions, stock movements or purchasing of Finished goods, Semi-Finished goods and Raw materials. </li></ul><ul><li>Support Procurement operations by overseeing price system management, ensuring accuracy in billing and invoicing processes and monitoring price deviations. </li></ul><ul><li>Analyze sales, service, and operational trends to identify root causes, generate actionable insights, and recommend solutions that drive process and performance improvements. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in improving and optimizing current planning and procurement processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality in daily operations. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update key operational and procurement documentation, including reports, records, and dashboards. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Supply Planners, Category Buyers, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Support projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and data-driven decision making. </li></ul><ul><li>Promote a proactive and solution-oriented mindset across the team, contributing to a culture of operational excellence. </li></ul><ul><li>Embrace our “One Team” spirit by applying your analytical skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to support different tasks and teams within the Supply Chain organization. </li></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul> 💛YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master in Supply Chain Management will be highly valued. </li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Planning, or Procurement role, preferably in FMCG, industry, or retail sectors. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data </li></ul><ul><li>High attention to detail and quality in execution, ensuring transactional and operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently avoiding mistakes through the process. </li></ul><ul><li>A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization — someone who questions the status quo and seeks better ways of working. </li></ul><ul><li>Flexibility and adaptability to work with different teams, functions, and tasks across the Supply Chain organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build complex data analyses and business cases.
