QWASE is looking for amazing people to join our team! These roles are key in prompting the Queen's Women in Applied Science &amp; Engineering Conference, ensuring our event runs smoothly, and ensuring it is reaching as many students as possible. We are hiring for: 1. Social Media Marketing Coordinator - Focused on managing QWASE's online presence.<ul><li>Manage QWASE's Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li><li>Develop engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) to highlight events, speakers, and initiatives.</li><li>Track engagement and suggest ways to grow our reach.</li></ul>2. Poster &amp; Events Marketing Coordinator - Focused on on-campus promotion and event visibility.<ul><li>Design posters, flyers, and other promotional materials for events.</li><li>Assist with photography and visuals during events.</li><li>Collaborate events with other clubs and conferences.</li></ul>3. Sponsorship Coordinator - Focused on securing financial support for our conference.<ul><li>Reach out to potential sponsors (companies, organizations, etc).</li><li>Draft and send sponsorship packages.</li><li>Maintain communications with sponsors and ensure benefits are delivered (logos, recognition, etc.).</li></ul>4. Logistics Coordinator - Focused on ensuring the conference and related events run smoothly.<ul><li>Coordinate venue set-up, equipment, and catering.</li><li>Create checklists and timelines to keep logistics organized.</li><li>Troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly during events.</li></ul><ul></ul>5. Speaker Coordinator - Focused on connecting QWASE with inspiring leaders to share their experiences.<ul><li>Research and reach out to potential speakers.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling, bios, and presentation needs.</li><li>Work with Marketing to promote confirmed speakers.</li></ul>6. Finance Coordinator - Focused on managing the budget and helping the team to stay on track financially.<ul><li>Maintain and track the QWASE budget.</li><li>Work with Sponsorship to record funding and donations.</li><li>Provide regular budget updates to the team.</li></ul>7.
