Your mission We are seeking an experienced and strategic EV charging Project Manager - (located in Munich or Amsterdam) to lead our EV charging business in Sungrow Europe. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring EV charging projects are delivered successfully and high-level customer engagement with team leadership and is central to our expansion in a high-priority growth market. They combine organizational skills, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive results.   Your main responsibilities will include:      1. Project Planning   <ul><li>Define EV charging / EVC + ESS project scope (S,A,B level), goals, and deliverables  different stages: </li><li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines (Gantt charts, schedules), and budgets.  </li><li>Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.  · Managing and performing high quality technical advisory works for the pre-sale’s activities</li><li>Provide technical input from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility of the project and integration with other electrical or generating plants as necessary</li></ul>   2. Team Coordination &amp; Leadership  <ul><li>Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.  </li><li>Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams (commercial, service, product solution, contract &amp;l egal, finance etc.)</li><li>Motivate and guide the team to meet deadlines.  </li><li>Preparation and management of specifications, tendering, negotiation</li></ul>   3. Stakeholder Communication  <ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and team members.  </li><li>Provide regular progress updates (status reports, meetings).  </li><li>Organize regular meeting with key stakeholders and report to internal and external parties.</li><li>Manage expectations and negotiate changes when necessary.  </li></ul>   4. Project payment &amp; Resource Management  <ul><li>Track project payment milestone and ensure adherence to the program &amp; deadline.  </li><li>Allocate resources efficiently (manpower, tools, materials).</li></ul>     5. Risk &amp; Issue Management   <ul><li>Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.  </li><li>Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder progress.  </li></ul>   6. Quality Assurance &amp; Delivery   <ul><li>Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.  </li><li>Conduct post-project reviews (lessons learned, performance analysis).</li></ul> Your profile Now that you ​are aware of what the ​essence of the job is, let's see ​what is required from you: <ul><li>2-3+ years in project management leadership or technical experience within EV charging, e-mobility, or energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectors</li><li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset</li><li>Proven experience managing teams and developing customers’ relationship.</li><li>Skilled in solution-based project management, with strong contract negotiation ability</li><li>An in-depth knowledge and field expertise regarding to EV charging / BESS /E-mobility technologies including the emerging technologies and the international market </li><li>Technical advisory experience towards investors, project developers and experience with new energy plant design dealing with technical advisory support</li><li>Fluent English, Chinese is beneficial</li><li>Willing to travel 10-30% of the time</li></ul>   Project Manager Certifications (Nice to have): <ul><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI  </li><li>PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments)</li><li>CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) – Entry-level</li></ul>
