Master's degree or MBA is recommended.</li> <li>Active CPA license required.  Must be willing to become licensed in Texas.</li> <li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, with 10 plus years in a management role, preferably within the engineering or tech services sector.</li> <li>Proven experience in managing and directing all accounting processes.</li> <li>Strong technical accounting skills.
