We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Director, to join our Project Management team in Dubai &amp; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key leadership role within our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all pre-contract activities for large-scale projects in the construction and engineering sectors.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the pre-contract phase of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations</li><li>Develop and implement strategic project plans, including risk assessment, budgeting, and resource allocation</li><li>Negotiate and review contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare comprehensive project proposals and bid documents</li><li>Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges</li><li>Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates and financial projections for projects</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as industry best practices</li><li>Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing pre-contract department</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve pre-contract processes and outcomes</li></ul>
