This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment where your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the Sales enablement and Sales leadership teams to:Content Management:<ul><li>Organising, auditing, updating, and maintaining content libraries and repositories (e.g., onboarding materials, sales playbooks, product information). </li><li>Ensuring content is relevant, accurate, and easily accessible to the sales and revenue teams through clear signposting and communications where required.</li><li>Utilising content management systems (CMS) or Sharepoint resources and learning management systems (LMS). </li></ul>Training and Onboarding:<ul><li>Assisting with the coordination and preparation of training sessions, both in-person and virtual. </li><li>Managing logistics for training events, Sales Summit planning such as booking venues and preparing materials and organising event logistics. </li><li>Ensuring new hires are onboarded effectively and have access to the necessary resources.</li></ul>Communication and Coordination:<ul><li>Managing internal communication campaigns via email, Teams, and other tools. </li><li>Ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across different teams. </li><li>Facilitating communication between sales, marketing, and other revenue-generating teams. </li><li>Maintaining and updating of our functional intranet information pages.</li><li>Facilitating quarterly and annual talent recognition – coordinating nominations and selection among sales leaders.</li></ul>Data Analysis and Reporting:<ul><li>Tracking and analysing data related to training effectiveness, content usage, and sales performance. </li><li>Identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations. </li><li>Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of enablement initiatives. </li><li>Raising of Purchase Orders</li></ul>Sales Process Optimisation:<ul><li>Supporting the implementation of new sales methodologies and processes. </li><li>Helping to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency. </li><li>Collaborating with sales leaders to identify and address sales execution and individual performance issues through training and knowledge resources.</li></ul>Tool Management:<ul><li>Assisting with the management and maintenance of sales enablement tools and technologies. </li><li>Providing support to users of these tools. </li></ul>
