Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world. You will join our Global Procurement As a Procurement Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Global Procurement department, aligning closely with the strategic procurement team to champion best practices in procurement operations.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: <ul><li>Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and convert them into purchase orders (POs) in ERP.</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements.</li><li>Monitor PO status, dispatch POs to vendors, and track acknowledgments.</li><li>Process Change Orders based on communication with Project Managers</li><li>Process Credit Applications for new suppliers</li><li>Assist with Onboarding new Suppliers through SupplHi</li><li>Maintain procurement dashboards and generate reports</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for procurement escalations</li><li>Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, streamline operations. Participate in SOP creation</li><li>Technology and Innovation: Implement and manage procurement technology tools and systems to drive innovation and efficiency within the procurement process.</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities support overall business objectives.</li></ul>
