If you are prepared to work in an exciting and rewarding environment, we look forward to considering your experience and qualifications.Shift/Hours/Location: M-F, 6am-4:30pm (Schedule is tentative to change based on business needs), Mesa, AZ WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON<ul style="list-style-type:square;"><li>Daily communication with production teams to prioritize maintenance work.</li><li>Review and prioritize work orders daily, for repair and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment, including working on rooftops and outdoors in all weather conditions to maintain HVAC units and other various equipment.</li><li>Estimate material requirements and repair and/or replace defective parts as needed; analyze/troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other operations problems and take corrective action; report all unsafe equipment, machinery, and practices to the Maintenance Supervisor/Department Manager.</li><li>Develop and implement maintenance activities as listed, preventive maintenance, work order system, critical parts inventory, field equipment inventory, maintenance skill development, predictive maintenance.</li><li>Follow 5 S system, maintain general work area.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge in the following trades: Basic HVAC Equipment, Process pumps (mag drive and diaphragm pumps), Motors, Overhead door maintenance, Reverse Osmosis (RO)/Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems.</li><li>Provide technical support and resources as necessary to every department in the plant regarding machinery, equipment, and any other facility issues.</li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical issues, and work with skilled electrician(s) to troubleshoot electrical issues; implement corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain inventory, and quality of tools, parts, repair supplies and other materials; obtain quotes for replacement parts and materials and prepare requisitions as needed; fabricate parts not commercially available using hand and machine tools; maintain tools and equipment in good working order.</li><li>Report unsafe equipment and practices to supervisors or management.</li><li>Write procedures and maintain records of repairs, calibrations, tests, etc.</li><li>Keep detailed service records to ensure compliance and operational readiness.</li><li>Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”</li><li>Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.</li><li>Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required.  It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team.</li></ul>Disclaimer: Please note that while these duties are integral to your role, the percentage of time you may spend performing these tasks could vary depending on the nature of your work and operational requirements. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe.
