Some remote work is acceptable. Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Working with PM team and counsel to process and manage subcontract documentation.</li><li>Creating Subcontracts and following filing process.</li><li>Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations.</li><li>Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports.</li><li>Developing and maintaining subcontractor relationships.</li><li>Coordinating with other departments.</li></ul>Qualifications Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):<ul><li>Understanding of subcontracts and contract management.</li><li>Excellent proposal writing skills.</li><li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Strong understanding of subcontracts, purchasing or procurement.</li><li>Experience with renewable energy or infrastructure projects a plus.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Highly developed attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
