Position SummaryThe Regional Student Recruitment Representative (RSRR) is mission-critical to Airstreams Renewables, Inc.’s (ARI’s) success, serving as the key point of contact for candidates from first inquiry through program enrollment. This role demands a commanding presence, unwavering enthusiasm, and the ability to immediately establish credibility and trust in both our program and mission. RSRRs are accountable for aggressively driving lead generation, optimizing lead conversion, and meeting enrollment targets. Success in this role also hinges on proactively cultivating strategic partnerships with employers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts and expand hiring opportunities for our graduates.
