Anticipate technological trends and drive innovation to maintain the company's competitive edge.</li><li>Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide development opportunities.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Infrastructure Management: Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services. Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.</li><li>Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the company's data and IT assets from threats and vulnerabilities.</li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, making data-driven decisions to optimize costs and investments while ensuring effective allocation of resources.</li><li>Vendor Management: Establish and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality of delivered services.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance business processes and performance.</li><li>Compliance and Governance: Ensure IT operations and activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
