The Manager of Procurement reports to the Director of Procurement and will have a focus on leading the drafting and negotiation of major equipment supply contracts as well as contracts for EPC services. As a member of the Project Execution and Procurement team, the Manager of Procurement works closely cross functionally with counsel and subject matter experts to drive contract negotiations to close efficiently, while balancing commercial, legal, and execution priorities while achieving consistency with corporate commercial and risk management guidelines. <h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Manage RFPs to determine best-fit suppliers for major equipment and EPC services based on company objectives</li><li>Analyze bids and qualify vendors based on quality, cost, and contractual term criteria.
