Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Execute in the field </li><li>Planned Electrical maintenance. </li><li>Unplanned Electrical Maintenance. </li><li>Corrective Electrical Repairs. </li><li>Electrical Up Grades </li><li>Emergency repairs. </li><li>Supervise Installations GEA SFT Equipment. </li><li>Support Commissioning GEA SFT Equipment. </li><li>Do customer trainings. </li><li>Manage Automation providers </li><li>First contact with Germany about Software and hardware related equipment. Collaborate or manage claims related Software and hardware. </li><li>Support Service Sales with specific Technical questions related to GEA SFT equipment. </li><li>Identify Customer needs. </li><li>Offer and Execute Modernization, retrofits and / or upgrades available. </li><li>Execute plant optimization. </li><li>Execute the respective document closure for each activity related to field service, auto copy reports, final digital reports. </li><li>Maintain tools, vehicle, safety elements, clothes delivered for the company in good condition to execute the assigned tasks. </li><li>Comply necessary documentation, medical analysis, procedures to execute the assigned tasks. </li><li>Remote support for customers and / or other service technician than need help in GEA SFT equipment. </li><li>Training Field Service Technician in Basic and Intermediate Electrical technical tasks. </li><li>Create and maintain an archive of machine electrical documentation, software and VF parameters. </li><li>Collaborate with Service Sales and Logistics to analyze electrical spare parts security stock.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Electronic, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering or Technical degree in Electronic, Electrical or Electromechanical + experience in workshop or maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge in PLC Siemens and or Allen Bradley. </li><li>Experience in field service execution. </li><li>Electrical and Automation skills. </li><li>Electro mechanics skills </li><li>Experience to work in teams of service or maintenance. </li><li>Experience in food and / or industrial process.</li><li>Capacity to solve complex technical scenarios. </li><li>Knowledge in Separation, and homogenization process.</li><li>English Intermediate and local language. </li><li>Be a good communicator written and verbal able to work with individuals across levels, functions, products, countries. </li><li>Intercultural experience and skills. </li><li>Be a good net-worker. </li><li>Personal drive and a good balance between being a hands-on manager and the ability to think and act strategically.</li><li>Be a good car driver. </li><li>Knowledge of ERP (SAP) – CRM systems.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
