View, CA. This role reports directly to the Sr. Human Resources Manager and works in close coordination to deliver high-impact HR solutions in recruitment, organizational health, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of California employment law and hands-on experience managing leave of absence programs and workers’ compensation cases.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees in Mt. View, CA, providing day-to-day support and guidance.</li><li>Partner with the Sr. HR Manager to execute recruitment strategies and organizational health initiatives.</li><li>Manage leave of absence (LOA) processes, including FMLA, CFRA, and other statutory and company leaves.</li><li>Oversee workers’ compensation claims and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Provide expert support in conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with California employment laws, including meal and rest break regulations.</li><li>Utilize HR systems such as Workday and ADP Workforce Manager to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of California employment law, LOA policies, and workers’ compensation procedures.</li><li>Experience with Workday and ADP Workforce Manager is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $96,200.00-$128,300.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
